Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping & Delivery As a curated Asian designer boutique based in New York, most orders are fulfilled from our New York inventory. However, for items that require restocking, orders may be shipped directly from Asia, which may result in longer delivery times.
- Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
- Orders shipped from Asia may take up to 14–21 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $120
- Orders under $120: shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
International Orders (Outside the United States)
- Delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on destination
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
Customs, Duties & Taxes Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and will be collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery. H Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update.
